I have been plagued with a faulty damage reporting total after matches. I attack with various weapons and actually see the hit/damage animations but when after match window comes up I see only a few points of damage. OK then the first thought I had was that I was just a lousy player, just as a lot of you probably think now. I uninstalled and reinstalled 3 times so far but the same result. Reported to support as possible bug (not a rage/rant, a report). Got an email from support that said this was a problem but actual damage in game was not affected, only reported damage and they were working on it. Good enough since I doubt this is a high priority on the 'fixit' list.
Problem is that cbills also come from reported damage based on the number in the final window. I have taken out as many as 4 mechs (not kill steals either) and had 39 reported damage. I can't imagine how many cbills I have lost from this along with the embarresment of low damage on screen to my teamates. Any others notice this?

I've only noticed it with weapons that are highly inaccurate or just do very little damage to begin with. On average I score between 550-as high as 1400 damage a game. It's all about figuring out where you actually have to aim with this game as aiming directly at your target will not always hit due to lag/bad netcode.

i'd guess that you aren't a bad player, but you probably have a faulty connection.
