The following Mech variants come out in 3050:
  • Commando 5S
  • Dragon 5K/5K-DC
  • Atlas K-DC
  • Atlas S
I personally feel that at least a few of these variants should be added as they present no challenges in doing so. No C3 Slave Units, no MASC, etc. Nothing that would make their inclusion hard to pull off, yet in doing so they'd offer more hardpoint variation (without having to buy a Hero Mech) and more Mechs to Master.

I support this message. Maybe they'll surprise us, eh?

The Commando-1C would be 'coo too. All of those would probably require slight modifications to the 3D model. I imagine the 5K 'Grand Dragon' would be an entirely different Dragon model (updated/sleeker look), much like the other 'upgrade' Mechs (Cataphract/Caesar; Spider/Venom; etc.). The more Mechs/Variants, the merrier. Also not sure adding more DC Mechs serves a purpose yet, since the Command Console is defunct.

I say maybe on this...

Fine if the do it right to balance the other chasis.

I say that because 3025 chasis often had flaws built into them. Many 3050 changes completely erased those and made the 3050 variants an obvious better variant.
