While I have no problems grinding out C-bills for a paint scheme. I think it is rather much. My suggestions would be to drop the cost to 50k Cbills per colour. I am not even going to mention to MC cost which is outrageous.
1million c-bills for 3 "basic" colours??? 1000 Cans of spray paint do not cost that much!

There is something crazy about it: the prices are "correct," in a sense.
Based on the MC costs of standard 'Mechs, 1 MC = 2500 cb.
One MC paint (at least most of 'em) costs 125 MC = 312500 cb... which is the cb cost of a paint.
Due to the way that paints work, I agree that it should be lowered quite a bit... especially since you personally do not see the 'Mech during the action. At least, you hope you don't (because then you're either knocked down when that comes back, or dead.)
