I do not own Visa or MasterCard credit card. Also Paypal is not working with my card.
My card is a debit card, « Maestro » ( http://www.mastercar...estro-card.html), and I’m living in France.

But, I can pay using Ultimate Pay for many online games: Everquest (SOE), Dungeon and Dragons Online (Atari), World of Tanks (Wargaming.net), GuildWars (Arenanet) and those I'm not playing (Eve online, Ages of Conan, APB, City of Heroes etc.)

So please, do offer more payment option or extend your partnership with Ultimate Pay (http://www.playspan....payment-methods ) so I (and thousands of other people out there) can purchase your Founders Pack and be able to spend more money later on.

Edit : read my post and it looked like an advertisement ! I am NOT Ultimate Pay employee or whatever lol, just partner with whoever will make it possible for us with specific cards to be able to pay you !

You did not read me : Paypal is not accepting my card (and I think it does not work with any debit card).

As someone who is looking to get rid of their credit cards, I would highly endorse more payment options including Ultimate Pay. You can find those cards in Future Shop and Best Buy here in Canada. That's how I currently get WOT gold.

For online gaming and the like , just get a pre-paid credit card system there free and they will be accepted at the same places a credit card is , i used one for years just put the amount you want to spend on it and use it like a credit card pretty easy and painless .

I'll give it a try right now mate. Really hope you're right but doubt it as I've tried already several times in the past months.
I've also tried to contact Paypal support about this but weirdly, they never answered.

Have you tried linking your actual bank account info in Paypal? Each bank and account should have a unique number, in Canada , there is a bank #, branch # and the actual account number. Mine was set up in the similar way that you would set up a EFT with another institution.

This is what I was just about to post as well.
Just link your bank account to your Paypal account.

Tried again Paypal and linking my debit card, still not working. I've again contacted their support.
Yes, maybe I'll go for a bank account link. Should have thought about that earlier as it takes 8 to 10 days :D

Hmmm odd I used Ultimate Pay to purchase my Founders. Make sure you sign up/sign on to the ultimate pay site if you are not in NA.

all of the methods fail for me also. credit card, paypal, ultimate pay, everything. Sent ultimate pay an e-mail, and they just closed it and told me to try it again in a few days. Still doesn't work. There's literally no way I can purchase founders, and that bums me out. My room mate has founders and is in the beta, but I can't even throw my money at this company. so frustrating. Huge lifelong mechwarrior fan, play in the pods all the time.

Doesn't your country have some wal-mart equivalent?
Go there and spend the 3 bucks to buy a pre-paid visa/mastercard card. You pay 3 bucks plus whatever amount you want to load on it. So you load the 30 bucks on it and charge it once. Sure it costs you 3 extra bucks but its 33 bucks and done. It is in fact a visa/mastercard card so it works for credit transactions. If you can't get the card to work or are worried about it.
There is also here something called Green Dot. They are prepaid cards as well and specifically say they work with paypal to instantly transfer money onto paypal. So you get a Green Dot, try to use that, if it doesn't work, paypal specifically says it works with green dot to load money right away. So you get a green dot, load onto pay pal and pay with paypal.

According your status it looks like it finaly worked out for you ! Congrats ! I'm also a huge battletech fan since 1990s, and yup, can feel the frustration.
I've read somewhere that if you buy enough UP points on Ultimate Pay site you could use them to buy a founder pack. Did anyone tried this really ?

If you absolutely need to buy it now, go find a store that sells Visa or Mastercard Pre-paid gift cards and get one. They'll charge about an extra $4-5 USD, but they should work with everything.

The Maestro and Electron cards are not supported by a lot of stores/sites. If that is your only form of electronic payment, I would suggest getting a reloadable Visa or Mastercard. You only need to go to the store to refill the balance on the card, and they are supported everywhere, just like a normal Visa/Mastercard.

PayPal has different policies on linking credit/debit cards per countries. Maestro generally doesn't work, but look at this > this . It seems it can work, at least in the UK.

Also, my Visa Electron works just fine with PayPal for the last 3+ years.

Your best bet would be contacting your bank to see what they recommend for PayPal. Or, as it was recommended before, try buying some prepaid cards - your bank should have some info on this as well.
