funnily enough that one removes its supposedly only good quality (the jump jets) to have a mg.

That's because MGs are OP!

pretty much all this. the dev's immediately freeze any discussion that is remotely critical of them or the game, and then refuse to communicate with the players at all, for months on end

This isn't true. There are countless of threads that are critical of this game. Most of them seem to be critical, in fact. And there is good reason for this, because the game has so many flaws, and some so long-standing that it seems unbelievable sometimes, and the progress is too slow, expectations are constaintly raised and then not met.

But there are critical threads that get closed. And that is usually because those threads devolve into flaming. It is the nature of critical threads to attract flaming, unfortunately. If you don't want a thread closed, avoid it, and teach your fellow posters to avoid it, too.

also; look at the off topic forum some time. some of the things they move there are really mystifying.

I agree with you for the most part, though they are getting a little heavy handed with some things. I've never much had any post of mine deleted except when it contained trolling towards another forum member.

As I said, one can pretty much estimate; in a similar manner done by all business analysts exactly what this company is doing, and what it is not doing. As most players who have contributed alot to PGI's closed beta often have nailed down the key details, one does not really need management one-on-one's to have an accurate picture of what is wrong, and what is going on at PGI.

If you, or other white knights do not want to accept that this project is rapidly imploding into a PR pump scheme, then so be it.

I just stopped there, as your assessment of my position and sentiments vis-a-vis the PGI team is woefully mistaken.

Clearly you've mistaken me for someone who has used at least one post to defend PGI since my arrival here and subsequent cash contribution to this continuing disappointment.

Dispite all of the negative feed back, I'm thankfull that something in either this patch or the last fixed the problem where i would DC after joining the match. Granted people who have enjoyed playing the last few months wouldnt of noticed this fix, and say you were waisting your time not giving them another map, or game mode to play. (It is a Beta after all, and you naturally need 17 more headache maps to work out the existing bugs dealing with player interactions.) Thank you for working on those little problem like allowing people to join the match.
