this is a very minor point of the nitpick variety.

you should add a random number generator to the news feeds that adds a certain number of minutes and seconds (up to 59). currently all of the "news flash" articles all have time stamps that are exactly on the hour.

this is a minor change that would add a great deal of immersion. in short this would make the ISN feel like a real news network. currently it just feels like a very automated recording of events that are being played back at us (yes i know that is actually what it is).

i like the ISN factor for immersion but right now it feels mechanical and wrong. this is pretty much entirely because of the precise on the hour "news flashes".

^^ Not really, the evening news are at 8 sharp every evening, I`d assume that in teh future they can at least do that despite the loss of tech.

What bothers me SIGNIFICANTLY more, especially from an immersion and RP perspective, is how sporadic the ISN News is updated to begin with.

Sorry, but I don't see the addition of a more detailed time stamp making me feel more like a Mechwarrior
