Nope.
If you have ever released a wire before, the news service must ask an executive with the authority to bind the corp to the press release. Else it has to get redacted.
They wanted to get the biggest pump, following the success enjoyed by Planetside's 2x XP weekend bump to subs as reported by SOE a few days ago
