Always. If a Mech is capable of using ECM, I use it.
The poll is terrible, though, because it forces you to vote for Mechs you may not own. So your results are going to be useless due to people voting randomly because they're forced to vote. At the very least the poll should include options for "I don't own this Mech".
I didn't vote because it isn't possible for me to vote correctly.
How Often Do You Run Ecm On The Ecm Capable Mechs?

I use ECM when I can equip it. If someone brings an ECM capable match to a mech without ECM I think of them the same way I do as people that used to not reload and repair.

Poll has too many options.
And I refuse to use these mechs on principal. I don't require a crutch to have a good performance.

I see Atlas D-DCs without ECM occasionally, and I think "I should check the trial mechs to see if the D-DC is up this week, because WHAAAAAAAAA???"

Trolls will be trolls.
Not sure if the OP is the troll or the people who voted for anything other than 100%.
It would be like putting an AC or a Missile launcher on your mech and not loading any ammo.
OOOH look at my big scary AC20, but I have no ammo.

If you actually think this is a troll thread then you most be troll paranoid.
I even said in the OP that I don't seem to ever see people not taking ECM if they can and only made the thread to see if it really is getting 100% usage on those mechs. Yes I'm aware the poll is messed up but I didn't know that you had to vote in all 3 to vote at all and its a bit late to change it now. Plus as long as you own 1 mech in each question your fine because you don't have to vote on both mechs. If you don't own 2 mechs in the same question then like I said just vote for what you would run and if you don't own any ecm mechs then just don't vote, or here I'll add that as a option in the atlas question.
People possibly voting 0-10% because they don't own the mech is why I'm asking for them to post why they voted like that. It is possible that some people might not run ECM on the ECM mechs because they hate how ECM is set up in game (notice the large amount of anti-ecm threads). Or maybe they just really want that extra 1.5 tons for something else (yeah not likely but possible).
edit: changed the poll since it seems like some people might of voted for 0-10% because they didn't own a mech but had to make a choice in all 3 polls to make any vote. 5th option is now don't own mech and nobody had voted for the 5th option before the change was made. So the middle 2 percents are a little bigger than the rest. I added the option of saying that you voted on mechs that you didn't own before, so if you re-vote you can click those if you want but you don't have to since you can change your vote.
