Since the audio stutter returned from before the last patch and brought his best friend - audio fade - with it, I'm definitely going to shut BB up for good.

Now I know there is a dialog volume slider in the menu...but I wonder if this really disabled BB, or just...well...turns down the volume. If it is still processed in the background that wouldn't help the audio stutter and fade at all.

Is there still a way to disable BB via ini or config file? Thanks in advance.
