List?
1) every problem presented is blown way out of proportion
2) no incremental change is good enough for this community
3) typically the criticism misses the "constructive" part
4) you rehash problems they have addressed every ******* day until they are fixed
5) unrealistic self-entitlement
6) narrow view of game development
7) everything is aired in public like dirty laundry rather than emailed directly to PGI
8) most ideas are myopic and don't take other playstyles/setups/people into consideration
I don't think I could present a more complete list of why the devs don't waste every minute responding to every whiny thread on this forum.
In order to get a realistic depiction of what's -actually- going on with their game, the developers need to gather data, analyze that data, discuss the results with the appropriate teammates, discuss possible tweaks, implement the tweaks, test the tweaks, balance the tweaks, retest the tweaks, rebalance the tweaks, etc. etc. etc. They aren't going to come out and tell us every little change they're making, because all of this crap is in flux and constantly changing within their closed servers. They'll tell us when they have the fixes ready, nothing more.
If ECM is really that broken, the data will show it, not a bunch of whiners on the forums. If the Raven 3L is the most broken, OP chassis in the game, the numbers will show 3L pilots performing much better on average than pilots of other mechs. They have hard numbers to analyze. They don't really care about endless, breathless whine posts. These forums exist for bug reports and to build a community, not so they can farm a bunch of sweaty neckbeards for their ideas of how to "properly" balance the game.
