I was trying to unlock the new target decay perk but found that there were no USE GENERAL XP button even though I have enough GXP for the unlock... anyone else has this problem? any workaround?
p/s I've unlocked almost every other pilot skills before the patch so I do know how to do it and where and how to get that unlock button. Its just missing this time round after the patch.

I logged in, bought one and the rest bugged. It was showing all the new ones as already purchased and all the old ones as available. I had to relog to get it working.

Same problem. Can't buy target decay even though I have more than enough GXP.

Just get enough gxp for the more expensive item (7.5k?) and you can then buy the lower one... odd little bug we've reported from last patch.
