So I made a change to the Cat C1 that I like. Rather than two SRM 6 and four ML, I switch it up for two SSRM, two LL, and two ML.

Then I had an idea. I can swap out a ML for a TAG and get lock on those ECM lights for my two SSRM. Well, not likely. Turns you you have to be outside the bubble for the TAG to work. Now the range of the SSRM is slightly longer than the range of the bubble but it quite small and a light will have no problem keeping you in the bubble.

So I propose a change.

That if a mech w/ TAG is within the bubble, the TAG works only for the mech with the TAG.

So outside the bubble, you TAG and everyone can now lock onto the tagged mech and everyone sees the little xhair icon. Inside the bubble, only you as the tagger will be able to lock on and see the xhair.
