The only "new play style" I see newbies do is blindly rushing over the ridge, chasing lights over the crater while another 2 mechs decide to go left and another 2 decides to go right, lining up and running down the river city river one by one as well as cicadas shooting while standing still or reversing slowly like an assault mech! LOL! Been having a good time killing them.

Could that be because anytime someone does something right you categorize them as "experienced" and any time they do something wrong you categorize them as "newbie"? I mean I highly doubt you are holding a long discussion with your team via chat in the middle of a game to gauge their experience... if you are why would you not be asking them about their reasons for going that way?
