If PGI wants to keep the flavor of repainting a mech, I'd be happy to pay C-bills to repaint mechs, after I've purchased colors, just the idea of paying MC over and over again is what makes me not want to buy colors, and why I've not altered my K2 since putting Phranken on it, which looks great BTW.

No that's how it is now. I'd like to change where you permanently keep the colours/camo's.

This should be mandatory. Wouldn't it be ridiculous if you lost your skin in League of Legends every time you switched to a different one? Same thing applies here. I won't buy paint till I know I can keep it.

I won't buy paint/camo until I can keep it. I don't mind a c-bill application fee, but I'm only paying MC once per color/pattern per variant/chassis.

I would certainly buy many types of camo and colors if we kept them even if they charged more. However I don't thinks its very likely at this point because they would probably tick off players who have already purchased camos multiple times (and these are likely the players you want to keep happy).

I am totallly confused.....right now I have an unlocked palet of 21 colors I can use on ANY mech I purchase. I have 4 or 5 camo paterns unlocked for ALL catapults...not just per variant (well, except for my founders C1). I have a few patterns for other mechs i like. Isn't that what is being discussed here? Isn't it already in game?
