If I were Paul, I'd change the "pending" image to flicker to green every minute or so, followed quickly by a trollface and then back to normal.

There is greater risk to not speak ones mind (like heart disease from stress), than any embarrassment that could be earned by sharing with those, who have been imparted a similar fate. What? There is a Beta going on? I thought that the PENDING sign means that the page is stil pending to load additional images. My bad.
