It took me a little bit to alt-tab and load up fraps to get this, but this "guy" and another "guy" were teleporting around and floating above the ground. It wasn't just a graphics error on my end either, the guy I was teamed up with saw it also. Evidence below.

Actually, this isn't a hack. Though it certainly is an exploit. Its quite easy to reproduce. Find a mech with jump jets and land on another mech. You can also fall on someone and have this happen. I've done it accidentally.

This, the Kongtron is more amusing than anything else. You would still be just as dead facing them off with their own feet on the ground. In fact the Catapult on top is impaired due to the Atlas' slow speed. An Atlas on top of a Raven though is another story entirely.

This thread will probably get closed.. ..devs not keen on naming and shaming. If you find issues that you think are suss then send a support ticket to the devs with your evidence..

Open this file with a text editor like notepad. Paste this in:

cl_fov = 75

Save the file and restart MWO. The 75 is the width of your view...default is 60 and you can turn it up pretty high before things start to blow up (I tried 259, but that didn't go well...I think the highest I've actually run it on was 80 or 85). Keep in mind it doesnt affect zoom modes, so all you have to do is tap Z and you are back to the normal 1.5x. The only downside is that it affects the mechlab and camo lab, so your mechs will become much smaller in the view.

Some mechs have much much wider cockpit views...on something like an atlas there's no point, but the Cat is pretty wide open. Here's a vid I just made where it's set to 75:

You have to edit your config file and set your field of view to 90,BladeXXL posted a guide here:

You know, if I had to pick between real, actual hackers, like in war Z, or useless wastes of fatlases that don't even know how to 3xLRM15, I'ld take the real hackers.

They at least won't do 76 damage.
