Do you have to register with UltimatePay before entering your CC info?

Well, the question is moot anyway as I cannot even register at that rediculous website(UltimatePay). But good, now I won't even bother wasting anymore time typing my info again.

But, I still cannot purchase MC either way. Sigh...

Firefox was the issue, Explorer worked. Glad I didn't sign up to that silly website that can't get their **** together. That one didn't work with E or Fox!
