So yeah. I currently have Windows 7 , 64 bits version. I can´t seem to get the profiler installed. It´s asking me for .Net framework 2.0 , but i already have it ( i even uninstalled the previous version i had an reinstalled the most up to date i could find).

I am trying to manually input my system specs but when i click on "Submit" nothing changes, and it´s still telling me i am at 96% of the survey.

Anyone?

hahahaha. Ok this is gonna suck but... somewhere during the version upgrade from the various .net framework versions, some dumbass actually removed a piece of code that was not depreciated. This means if your program needs an older version of the .net framework it needs that exact version to get the function it needs. At least that's how I've seemed to fix it. Install the frameworks from 2.0 to 4.0 or whatever the latest version is in order and it should be fixed.
