Before anyone starts trolling this thread, let me explain what went down:

I've had a pause on MWO since beggining december/2012, and my sister started playing with my account here and there for funs and giggles.

One night, i had to rush out home and left my computer/stuff/email/Fb open, even forgetting my wallet.

My sister noticed there was happening that 20% extra MC offer, and bought a 3k pack using my credit card, which i only found out when my receipt came this month.

When confronted, she denied at first, then eventually admitted doing it and using my CC since hers was out of the question (i live in Brazil, and she needed an international one).

Now to the main point here:

Is there any possibility a refund can be made, since the 3600 MC hasn't been touched, considering the situation that happened? I know full well part of the fault is mine for leaving all the stuff unnatended like that, but it's not like i was expecting my sibling to pull that one on me.

Or is there any way i can get an admin/dev/mod to pay heed to this post and at the very least point me in a direction that might fix it?

support@mwomercs.com

I know they let some Founders back out of their packages in the past from mistakes or even just changing their minds.

The polite response: support@mwomercs.com, good luck, and most likely if you don't spend any of the MC

Troll: %@^ desverve it, pay attention. move out.

My response: Well, how old is she? Sounds like this is a good time to teach someone responsibility. Ask mom and dad (assumiung they're in the same home if a younger sister is around) if they'll pay the bill, and she works it off. Win / Win as you got a good deal on the MC

Then as a joke, and get mom and dad in on it, tell her you're thinking of taking her to court for credit card fraud...this is technically that.

Moved this topic to the "Player support" sub forums, where it is more appropriate.

As there currently seems to be a problem with the normal ticket system, please send your request to support@mwo.zendesk.com.
