I think a simple button that would jump you to your currently selected mech whenever you enter the Pilot Lab so that you don't have to click three menus deep to get to it every time you want to see where your XP is at. Or, whenever you enter Pilot Lab you are looking at the mech you have selected. This could be a check box option next to the button, or in the options menu.

I know this is a convenience of living item, but one that would not take much but make things simpler for new players and time saving for the vets.

The only issue I can predict is, new players might think that they need to back out and select a new mech to look at a different mechs progress, not realizing that they can navigate all the mechs from that menu. I would be surprised if this is a large portion of new players but it is the only negative thing I can fathom.

This could be a button in the Mech Lab, but Ii don't think you need to clutter the interface with another button when we already have one for the Pilot Lab that can pull double duty.

Anyone have any other ideas, pros or cons?

I know according to NGNG that a new Mech Lab is in development and I am asking for this to be include in the new lab and not to wasted time adding it to the old one.

Sorry if this has been suggested before I did not see it in any search and browsing I performed before hand.
