I have a feeling that not many of you will agree with this-and I also do realize that it isn't the case for most MMOs with cash currency-but I think we should be able to sell hero mechs back for some MC, with price deductions similar to selling CB mechs for CB.
i.e., you buy a hero mech for 5000 MC, get 2500 MC for selling it.
Either that, or make Hero 'mechs worth more CB.
Thoughts?

yeah no. Devs need money, allowing you to obtain MC by any other method than purchasing with RL money is pretty much a non-starter.

That said, I do think you should be able to refund a MC mech purchase for 100% of the value for the first 5 minutes after purchase and 90% for the next 24 hours. This way if you feel ripped off, you can get your MC back, not feel ripped off, and the devs still have their cash.

That's not what I meant. I meant, buy hero mech for MC, sell hero mech for less MC than you bought it. You're not making a profit, the devs still get their money, and you still wasted a good chunk of your MC.

Then we're on the same page, but I think the return policy needs to be limited time and the return value should be higer than 50% :-)

Well maybe it would continually degrade after an amount of time, and then settle at 50% at around 30 days or so, and within 90 days become un-refundable.

For hero 'mechs perhaps, but I was looking for a more generaly "mech bought with MC" solution.
