There are endless threads on the forums of players discussing their opinions on ECM and Streaks. There are plenty of good and bad suggestions out there. I think the community needs some idea of how the developers feel about the current state of the game. For all we know they feel ECM is fine and balanced. Streaks that turn 180 degrees to hit targets behind them, working just as planned. A little feedback will go a long way.
