Or you could sacrifice 1t of ammo and 1t of armor to get 4 JJ in the leggs .__°

Comments? xD

I will be happy to see this build on the battlefield.

On the opposing side.

that engine, it is so pisspoor it needs heatsinks...
i'd rather take larger engine which do not require heatsinks, and that gauss, but still... pretty useless little ******.

I have tried this version with a AC/10
SDR-5K

It functions well if you have awesome aim.

I would only say do it in PuGs or your drop mates may be like WTF.

You're better off with a 2xPPC Spider, though I wouldn't say it's a good mech. Funny though!

I've been running this for fun. Gauss with legs

It doesn't usually do much more than killsteal, but I've actually taken down a few Atlases and Stalkers. Anything big with an XL is vulnerable (if you have crazy good aim) because you can stay behind it and harpoon it to death before any friendlies can come to the rescue due to the lack of heat buildup. Alternatively you can go hot pursuit on enemy lights and corral them into your team with a few Gauss rounds to the appropriate arms and legs :)

Last night I bent around backwards 160 degrees and put 3 back to back shots on a streak ECM raven's side torso XL before he could pound me into dust. I was laughing so hard I nearly got muted in TS...

SniperCzar,
If you change this over to Ferro Fibrous armor, you can actually get 3 more points of armor on your gun arm. Just a thought.
