Thanks for this weekend PGI; it's encouraged me to dust off mechs I rarely use and I'm having a blast.

zero, I'm boycotting until ECM is better implemented.

However, I do hope that anybody with an ECM mech played like a complete tool this weekend and got as many XP as possible. It's the compliment to what I am doing.

I got zero xp for any matches played in my hunchback. I get my c-bills and gxp but xp for upgrades is zero.

Nowhere near the amounts some people got sadly but happy with: 3,338 xp, 267,368 c-bills, 1,051 damage, 4 kills and 3 assists. I love my dragons.

Where in my post did I say I think ECM is OP? Or that I couldn't hit whatever I was aiming at. I've used ECM IRL and know that what is in this game is NOT ECM. ECM is supposed to affect communications - ah, in MW:O it does not because you are not required to use in-game VOIP. Changes in ECM in the BT universe game systems are intended to please players who whine, not because it was necessary to.

ECM in-game effectively eliminates the need for the scout role. Scout + ECM = sneak, peek, retreat. Scout does not = cloak the main force.

Problem is, when you be affected by the Lagshield, it takes longer to kill the ECM Scout than you stay alive...

Hmm maybe your bugged and need to report it. Its happened to me before and PGI after researching my matches played gave me the xp. Need to include Name, Mech, Times, Dates, and number of matches in the ticket so that they can look at the logs to verify how much xp you should get.
