Hello team MWO,

I experienced a problem to purchase MC from you with my second try. First try was successfull (at 16 of Jan), but two days later and up to now I can't buy them anymore. PayPal restricts the operation with the reason "seller (which means YOU - MWO team) refuses to proceed" and in the stages of purchase it is stucked in the "fail to pass authorization in playspan.com". So I am 100% sure that it is the problem with your third-party payment system. Today I have bought ingame points in the League of Legends game using very same PayPal with very same card. And everything was OK.

And I tried to use credit card directly - same thing, can't use it to purcase MC. You guys can't even solve the problem of getting money for yourself from players. Hey-hey! Amazing.

Here is the screenshot of my transaction history in PayPal account. As you can see I did purchase 3000 MC at 16 January and after that other requests were canceled at the stage of authorization to Playspan.com. At the same time I successfully used PayPal to purchase from Riot's game League of Legends.Posted Image

The same for me I purchased MCs thru paypal on 13/1 and now I get the same as you. From others this has been happenning at least since Dec but I cant find a post with a solution. Its a shame when you are trying to throw money at a company and they dont want it. Insane

email support@mwomercs.com
playspan use a location checking thing that throws up a block, but MWO staff can white list your account to bypass the check and then the payment will go through ok

email support@mwomercs.com

Apoc,

i have the same problem and i am in contact with the support team. They did whitelist me, but it has not solved the problem thus far.

Altough i do recommend getting in contact with the support team, whitelisting is NOT garanteed to work as you seem to advertise.

But honestly, Piranha should find a better alternative for payment processing or fix this problem that has been plaguing them from the very first transactions.

I, for one, would like it a lot if they said they were looking into it :\

Apoc1138, here is a suggestion. Post the article you have reccomended to us in the Knowledge Base. Thats a great idea right there. Easy access. Lots of people go to the knowledge base. I also am having that problem.
