Make The Chat Not Dimmed At The Waiting Screen

At the beginning of a match, where you're waiting for players, please do not dim the chat (move the chat in front of the overlay). It's hard to read with the chat behind the overlay.

Also, allow the chatting to being earlier. Sucks that you have to wait until just before the match begins to start talking to people.

also allow setting the weapongroups and looking at the map...
