Yo! I'd like to state that I don't think there was any huge advantage that this conferred to you, but that I think it still is a bug. Keep on truckin', and such, with regards to Lights with ECM and Streaks, hopefully we'll see improvements either in netcode, or how ECM works!

Just for the record I have the Raven-3L and use the ECM build. I normally hate lights (with the exception of the spider) and the 3L raven and 2d commando ruin the game play for other lights. They stand absolutely no chance against them.

How long have we been telling them about this? If it's still in the game, it's fair game.

Irrelevant because us cool kids started doing it the right way. A huge middle finger to light mechs with ECM.

We've done something like that, but you need a 12 jumpjet spider to be the space elevator to stack that high.
just an fyi, if you shoot something in the middle of the jenga tower it all falls down. We crushed a friendly spider with collision damage that way.

Yes, but it's hard to maintain balance, so sometime you fall off.
You also have to watch out for pipes that knock the top guy off, sharp inclines that tip you over, and various other things you don't have to worry about while not stacking. You are also very vulnerable to LRMs.

Now when someone gets the bright idea of parking a 6 PPC Stalker on top of a ECM Raven, remember, you heard it here first.
Imagine: A 6 PPC stalker that can take two shots, and then move out at 130+kph while shut down for cooldown? <--- exploit of EPIC proportions.
Sure, you can't aim very well while in motion... but what if if your ride can stop for a second or three to let you take your shot?
