I am thinking something similar to the "LoL" style after-game system to report teamkillers, AFK bots, verbal abuse (etc.), but also give us ways to give positive feedback about players with some appropriate positive feedback options.

Maybe even something in-game that will automatically make a snapshot of the last actions of a reported player (the last shots fired, location, duration of game) which is sent to support for evaluation? I mean - there are certain variables that could help determine if somebody just got shot in the back by a teammate repeatedly (victim 0 shot fired, close to home base only a few seconds after game start, etc.) not sure how much this could be automated, but just tossing some thoughts around here to make this problem less .. problematic

Give us an option to make in-game screenshots without the need for 3rd-party software, maybe also create an automatic chatlog and screenshot of the last battle you played in? This way we have something to attach to our email as evidence? You get the idea i am sure!

The MWO Community isn't large enough to implement an ELO System. And since there are going to be faction implementation as well, this wouldn't really work even if the community was large enough.
