Nope...looks like you have covered most everything. Generally every thing in this game is Over powerful and totally junk at the same time. There was a thread last week I think about "Why doesn't PGI listen to its beta testers ? " you did miss that I believe.However if one looks around the forums the answer to that one will come pretty quickly.
