Lets be good, helpful, honest neighbours and EU partners that burry the historical jealousness between our countrys 6 feet deep.
Vive la France!
PS: How to make the EU work:
Kick the UK out.
Give France the lead.
Let Germany pay.

I'm often driving into the Alsace to eat Tarte Flambé and drink wine with friends . And you finally have a good president, even if Gerard Depardieu would contradict

After thousands of Years, with us as Neighbours, France is still alive. This truly deserves our deepest Respekt. Its great, that this great Nation, the Grande Nation, offers Friendship to us, especially after our latest historical Faults. Thanks to all French People.
Edit: I reread this post and think it may look a bit strange, So i may mention that it is meant respektfull and at a someway joking Way.

Du weißt schon, dass Expansion und Aggression über die Jahrhunderte auf Gegenseitigkeit beruhten?
Anyways, greetings to France. Meilleures salutations d'Allemagne!

But only because now there are the 'Elsässer' who aren't really france nor german but both...so they are an excelent buffer between france and germany
