Nah man don't back pedal. You're five year plan to make college students till the fields and care for the livestock will work great. It'll free up resources so that farmers can build the factories. **** experience and expertise, that's just more propaganda from the MAN.

And people like you are the reason communities in games are as bad as they are. You try to bash others to make yourself look good. Picking up people fresh out of college is what makes the future of gaming, it's called INNOVATION. Go use google or something, you obviously don't understand the meaning of the word. Secondly, just because someone might be fresh out of school doesn't mean they couldn't do the job more effectively and/or cost effectively and in a more timely manner. Just means there's a new pair of eyes with a brain behind it with a new way of thinking that could quiet possibly be far more productive than the people that have been the cause of said problems as it stands. And a fresh education is a well of knowledge that was taught when the prior developers weren't in school. But experience can be said to do the same. it's 6 in one hand and a half dozen in another. All in all it comes back to the management and the current development team. Who are more concerned on pushing content than fixing any pre-existing issues. It wasn't until recently that PGI even admitted there was a memory leak, they denied it for ages. Although all of us with history in the field and, college educations were clearly wrong until they got their heads out of their *****.

I take it you are someone who has never worked with someone fresh out of college.

I didn't read any of that because its just a wall of unformatted garbage but I TOTALLY agree! Stalin was right! Deport more people to the Frozen City so that we can make more farm land, PGI. Thanks in advance!

Oh for ****'s sake, check your damn privilege. There's no need to go bandying about with "my college education" this and "my experience in the field" that.

I'm sorry, but I could only nit and pick certain phrases, which none of them I agree with.

Could you, kind of break down your massive walls of text into something more eye friendly, and overall not so hate fueled?

Load all the developers in a giant wicker bird and set it ablaze. The gods will sort this mess out.

Just because they're adding new stuff doesn't mean they're ignoring the bugs to do it. You don't hire a painter to build the foundation of your house, or to work on the plumbing; and you don't tell modelers, environment artists, or animators to stop modeling, drawing, or animating to work on the underlying framework: they'd just mess it up worse. But you did hire them, so you may as well let them do what they're trained and paid to do.

Agreed. You don't hire a contractor to redo your basement and then hover over his/her shoulder and talk loudly about how much better of a job your dad could do, except that he's on life support and the catalyst keeping him alive is ruining his life.

I don't think this would be a very good idea.
