Here's my problem...

I have around 160 standard heat sinks in my mech hangar. Every mech I buy gets upgraded to DHS, and then all of its standard HS's get dumped.

These have no value to me.. but apparently, they're worth around 4k each. I'd like to sell them.

But how do I go about doing that? I have to equip them on a mech, and THEN sell them from the mech chassis. This is silly, especially with 160 of them.

I'd like to be able to right click any piece of equipment that I own, in the list of equipment, and sell it from there.... including being able to sell all 160 of the single heat sinks in one fell swoop.

Select item in mechbay.
click on item in dropdown menu.
look at item on screen.
Click sell.
Confirm.
Problem solved.

Hmm.. I'll have to check this out.

From what I saw last night, it didn't seem like I was able to actually sell stuff that wasn't already on the mech.

You can sell anything that doesnt go in the ammo or armor tabs.

Not quite true - in order to sell something you have to be able to equip it on one of your mechs, otherwise it doesn't show up on the list. If all your mechs use DHS, there's no way to make SHS show up in the inventory. If none of your mechs have ballistic hardpoints, ballistic weapons won't show up. And so on.
