So I played MechWarrior 2 and then got lost in Mechcommander so badly.
I never really liked the way IS mechs looked.

Then, I start cycling through the MWO concepts and boy... I had to change my mind. Even though there's not more beautiful sight than a Mad Cat's or a Vulture's, I must say you guys did an excellent job at making even IS mechs concepts cool.

I really couldn't stand commandos, centurions or even catapult the way they were designed on mechcommander but here they look menacious, fierce and just darn cool.

So i tip my hat to the designers of this game for making even the ugliest mechs pretty ahahahah. So now, when I'll start playing, I won't have to pilot a mech that I think looks like a five-stories-tall-baby-toy

mhmm, FD has done an amazing job with mechs that looked like crap in the OG art. tho, tbh, I liked how the catapult looked in MC

But..but... I loved MC 1/2...Even if they had shoddy looking 'mechs.

Though I do agree with you, I believe they meant to make all of the 'mechs look modern and great looking.

I confess I liked how the commando looked in Mechcommander. I loooooove the MWO one, though.

Yeah, in MC it made me feel ridicolous...here it makes me feel like...I WANT ONE! NOW! turn that "pending" into a APPROVED...damn it.

Oh, btw, I dloaded MW4 this morning...man do I suck big time? ahhahaha

I have to admit, I like the reworking of the 'classics' that have been around for years; between Flying Debris' work here, and the visual reworking of created by fans such as ThunderGod Xarbala and Shimmering Sword (both on Deviantart if you want some examples of their works), It's been a good few years for BT fans who want their 'mechs to look awesome, instead of slightly derpy.

Haha It is always a bad time when you sit in the cockpit again(or control for our female Warriors). Most of us will be new to this game, just depends on our learning curve.
