I'd upgrade your monitor.
Just browse your favorite Internet dealer and make sure the monitor is matte.
Everything else is mostly subjective. Most important are the ergonomics. But you already ordered one anyway.
Upgrading your PC would either have a completely horrible price / performance ratio or you'd be out of budget.
Considering you are running dual 6770 you still have some graphic power for this generation.
