Yes it is.
This one is a killer. I run with a pretty consistent group of friends and we sometimes like to BS between matches, but having text randomly disappear makes this extremely hard for those of us who do not use voice comms. There are plenty of legitimate reason to not use voice chat, please don't leave us stranded!
It's got something to do with the ui changes 2(?) patches ago. Please, please, please fix this...did I say please yet?
