Mechs have an engine size limit now too.

In CB and Friends and Family like Helmer stated, yes. In Open Beta there has been no hard point change. The Jenners would have been the first had they gotten ECM, but in all likelihood it would have been the 7-F and that would have pretty much been a 3M Cicada with jump jets and without the ballistic hard point. So no big loss there.
