Limit Repetitive Characters In Names.

This post is based on a teamkiller I ran into multiple matchs in a row who will remain unnamed save for the fact his name was many of the same letter in a row which made it difficult to report him accurately. As I am sure it will be easy to find him based on match history, this person bragged about this being his 14th account as he proceeded to SRM his team in the back at the start of each match. Maybe a bit better of a name filter will help keep track of these pesky rats?

My first initial and last name hardly compare to 14 lowercase L's to dissuade reports for intentional trolling. I'm a legendary founder and proud of my name, gg though.
