Unfortunately Hawken is not slated to be released till December this year so no relief there. I am also sad that no beta key just like everyone else that did not get in I imagine. However I am very glad to hear that everything is going well with the servers and the game itself. Everyone thinks about the game, but few people think of how much work actually goes into the servers as well and making sure they can handle the load and perform well. I am excitedly awaiting the next round of beta invites and hoping against hope I get in. Especially like most people here being a BTech/Mechwarrior fan for over 2/3s of my lifetime so far hahaha.

Anyways, Congratz to PGI staff for all the work they have put in and being able to see it come together so well so far! We all appreciate the hard work that you guys have put in to make this game as amazing as it seems to all of us!

I'm so mad at myself for not checking back on my profile. I had the pending status and didn't realize until late yesterday that my profile wasn't complete. And to top it all off I left my laptops power supply at home while we're away for the weekend. So I'd probably be even more peaved if i had gotten in since i wouldn't be able to play for more than an hour anyway.

So i'll anxiously wait for my status to change to approved and pray for download to appear soon.

Bugs and suggestions. Just because something works doesn't mean it couldn't work better! Never feel like you couldn't provide a suggestion for a change to the way things work.

Of course, weapon balancing might take a wider sample of players before a general consensus can be reached.

One question to Devs or to anyone that can know: People from Europe can get invite or its only for US and Canada for now?

The worst part about all this is that people were reporting like 1700 people online at the time of invite releases, and any of us posting about not getting into the beta were part of the unlucky sevenhundred or so. Even worse is the thought that maybe someone made a quick account uploaded good specs, never checked back, got an invite and then never claimed it. Leaving it to rot, while we languish.

I was thinking about MWO yesterday and forgot to check in to see if anything had changed. So today I check in and have only 23% of my profile done... Finish profile and hit save.... And the light stays yellow and pending.....

I KNOW we (and a few others) would have gotten a first round invite if we had finished the Beta App..

I KNOW this only because they must know that we are so awesome that the BETA I am sure doesn't feel complete and isnt going near as good than if we were in it
