So I haven't purchased anything since my founders, and now I need mechbays. When I try to buy MC, I click next after inputting my CC info, and the page reloads, and I'm presented with the exact same form again, sans my information. I don't want to keep trying in case I wake up tomorrow and I've been charged multiple times. Anyone bought MC recently that can confirm it's working?

Well, I can confirm that I had a friend last night who wanted to buy some MCs for mechbays, too, and he had the same problem. He just gave up. "If PGI can't make it easy for me to give them my money, I guess they don't want it," he said.

Thanks for confirming that. I feel the same right now

I had the same issue a week ago. I tried on Firefox and Chrome and got the same thing; enter your CC info, hit enter, and it just refreshes the page. I think it has something to do with java. I ended up borrowing an ipad and using the Safari browser to complete my purchase. It went through with no issues and my account was credited MC. Have you tried the purchase on a smartphone or other computer?
Oh, there aren't going to be any charges for trying. I tried my card a dozen times with no issues. No charges will be made without the ability to input the associated billing address.

It worked on my Galaxy tab! I would have tried on every device I own, but the biggest thing I was worried about was multiple charges going through. Thanks for the help.

Make sure you have Third Party Cookies enabled in your browser. The payment system is run by a company called Ultimate Gaming or something. If you have disabled Third Party Cookies, the UG cookies are declined, preventing you from getting to the next step in the transaction.
