Kali and Romano both make old Max Liao look like he was the picture of mental stability. The Capellans really could do with a leader sane enough to do what's needed to restore their power, not an easy task with the Fedrats waiting ready to pounce on any opportunity to steal more worlds. Or if sanity is not an option then at least one clever and intelligent enough to recognize the madness for what it is and hide it when necessary. A strong leader is a must when your neighbors are voracious hyenas just aching to take what is yours. Romano is not that leader. Kali will _never_ be that leader, or any leader at all. Sun Tzu? Who knows, but given he's grown up in the madhouse what are the chances he's going to be any different?
