I know there are too many acronyms in the title.
So if we get the EMP affect, will it disrupt the target's ECM system momentarily? Perhaps something like a three second interrupt would make PPC much more attractive. Perhaps it could take a few hits to cause the outage. Hell, we might even see K2s using them again.

I'd like for it too, along with some scary sizzle and crack. As much as I think MW4 was a steaming pile, getting hit with a PPC got your attention right quick. Yes please.
