Anyone Thinks The Bay Door Indicators Are Counter-Intuitive?

Green for Open, Yellow for Closed, Red for Destroyed
If i used the "Safetyness" logic, it might be like this
Safest ------------------------------> Dangerous
Green Yellow Red
Closed Open Destroyed
If i used the "Closeness" logic, it might be like this
Most Closed -----------------------> Most Open
Green Yellow Red
Closed Open Destroyed
So I always had to remember it in the "opposite" way because its counter-intuitive. What logic did u think the devs used for their colour scheme?

Yellow means "Hold up, there's a bit of a delay!"
Red means "Sorry dude, no can do."

I'm thinking it should travel up the frame vertically, instead of crammed on that 2 inch bar horizontally...
Something like this so it's clear enough to know, when it's open (green at the top), when it's closed (yellow at the bottom), and when they're busted (red in the middle).
Goes without saying that when one is broke, the yellow and green lights are off. See below picture:

Not OK ...
green => rdy to fire
yellow => warning ... perhaps you foget something before firing ?
red => no fire admited
that's a common sens ... most people use this ...

IMHO other mechs with torso mounted missile racks should have this too.
Centurion does also, you have it is to the left juuuuust offscreen so you have to use your freelook method to find it. Haven't piloted other mechs with missles on them except atlas. But I never looked for it's light if it has one.

Agree. But then we would find someone who disagrees with something saying Open/Closed/Destroyed as well. Why can't it say Ready/Not Ready/Gone or Get 'Em!!/Wait a Sec'/You Lose?
It's always something.
