One thing that happens infrequently is that Mechs be invisivble or disappear when entereing or leaving a cave/tunnel of the Forrest Colony, River City.
The other side of the cave/tunnel "portal" is somehow not updated for quite a while, sometimes never until i too move through the "portal".
Sorry no Screenshot, i dont run 3rd party tool atm and have not the time to switch to windowed modes out of fullscreen.
I had it happen recently in the River City tunnel on the NGNG Twitch event when i moved into the tunnel and did not longer see the enemy until i found myself later surrounded.
