Kinetic Burst Gone?

I had Kinetic Burst on my Muromets, but when I bought Hard Brakes the Kinetic Burst disappeared. Is that intended? It's showing Kin Burst as though I hadn't bought it. I'm brand new and I really suck at this so far, so I need all the help I can get!

No, that's not intended. Restart your client and see if it's still there?

Sometimes it doesn't register that you bought it. Did you get the XP back? If not, restart as Redshift2k5 said, and if that doesn't work, submit a ticket.

Restarting didn't fix it, and no I didn't get the xp back. I'll submit a ticket but probably just try to buy Kin Burst again since it's the weekend.
