Graphics Freeze, Sounds Continue

Had a couple issues where game just freezes, but the sound goes on as if the game is still playing around me I am just frozen if I tab out and try to tab back in the screen will just stay black.

Happens to me as well, usually at the first match, and after few minutes of play. Screen freezes and sound is working in the background.

Alt+tab usually fixes everything.
