This may not be the correct forum for my question, but maybe someone can fill me in on a problem I am having.
I purchased an ER PPC for my Hunchback. I had 713k Cbills before the purchase.
I placed the weapon in the right torso, clicked save and clicked yes when asked if i wanted to re-configure the mech.
600k Cbills left my bank and I checked the torso to see if the PPC was still there, and it was.
I then launched to a mission......and had No ER PPC.

784k Cbills later, I purchased a Large Pulse Laser and a Large Laser and placed them in the torso, following the same routine.

The money disappeared and when I went to battle all I had were 3 mediam lasers.

This is the same routine I used to place the AMS and AMS ammo in the left torso and those were available in combat.

Any suggestions? (No, it was after hours so support is not available)

Did you checked your inventory? Most of the time a missing weapon is placed there.

Yes.
There were no weapons in the inventory and none in the mech. The cbills were gone even after shutting down and restarting the game.

That's really a problematic issue.

Usually it's like Thorn Hallis wrote or a logout/in which solves the problem.

But as it didn't helped to restart the game, I would suggest you to send a support ticket if you hadn't already done so.
