I think it looks good! I really like the gray dust/highlights on the armor plates. I know from personal experience that adding depth to scratches can be a real challenge, but I think it is a nice touch. What program did you use? Do you know if these colors are available in game yet?

I wouldn't paint my CN9's like that
On an artistic note, I feel like a lot of the depth has been lost in some areas, making it look very flat and 2D in some areas. Looks like when I edit a photo with paint in some areas, while other areas look fine.
The left arm and most of the torso looks cool, but the gun arm and legs have a flat look to me. Also, the cockpit looks like it is looking to the left arm / at the viewer, while the rest of the head is looking to the right side of the mech. So I guess I could some it up by saying some of the prospective has been altered on the mech, making some parts look odd.
To fix the cockpit you would draw the bottom line slanting the other way. As you look at it, the bottom line needs to fall from left to right, not rise.
If you end up working on it some more I'd love to see the updated version!!
EDIT: Clarity

That...is a thing of beauty! (It helps that I am a CN9 only pilot!)

This makes me wish we could change our cockpit glass shielding tint / lighting. That FRR blue glow looks good.
