I saw many times people making games and not following this two things that I see as essential
1- if something is not broken, don't fix it
1b- if something is not broken but can be changed for better first check if something else is broken
2- if you change something, test it the best way you can before releasing it to the user
I know somethings can't be tested without having the user testing it itself but you have/should test it the best way you can before that.
I see new content with new problems, new fixes that brake more things that [kind of] work before (this I saw after visiting the patch subforums)
On a more optimistic view, the new hero mech seems nice
