I have a suggestion for the C3 Master unit and what it could be used for.

Imagine a situation where a commander who is equipped with the Master unit could press a key and bring up a screen similar to the battle map. However the window deals specifically with information about friendly and enemy units.
The system would show all your friendly units, what condition they are in, and their loadout. This gives a commander the ability to know what his team can do and how healthy they are.
Secondly it would keep track of data on enemy units as last reported by friendlies. It would show their last know condition (and when I say condition I mean paper-doll) and their loadout (assuming a friendly unit has gathered it).


This sort of system is going to allow a commander to identify high-priority targets and give him a tool to use to help organize his own forces.
