Please take a min and read this

Ive been working on making my own merch corp but its been unsuccesfull to say the least.
I have a corp Website and I have a Teamspeak 3 server and I can get on atleast 4 times a week

My problem has been finding pilots. Ive tried just throwing my meassage for recruitment up once a day to see if I get any bites but its not as successfull as I would hope lol

So what im looking for Is any advice the community can give me (this is my first time trying to run one of these things). And also im looking for anyone who would like to help. I kinda need a Second in command to fill my role when im not there. Also a Critique of my site I dunno its friendly enough for new recruits.

Merc corp site is http://raptor.clangroups.com

And also Leaders of some of the larger merc corps BRAVO its no easy task in the least I never really understood how much goes into it till i tried you guys deserve lots of credit for all the hard work you do.

Thank You for your time

I will bump this for you.

Everyone has different recruitment styles. My suggestion is to find a niche and run with it.

Also, since you are running a buisiness with a merc corp, come up with a business model based off the niche.

It's not easy and requires alot of time.

October it started with me and a buddy. It now has about 200 active members.

Good luck.

Running a tactical unit takes a lot of time and effort. Most commanders rely on handful of people to help with the various tasks involved in the week to week side of things as well.

Your best bet is to find new pilots and learn together. I would take a look in the new player help forum and PM different people. Build up a small group of about ten or so and start practicing.

Also keep in mind that a lot of the units you see active on the forums have been in existence in one fashion or another for up to 15 years, some longer. Because of that, the bulk of the experienced pilots have been absorbed by them.

Good luck with the Raptor Pack.
